HomeTurf Pro · Trayless Turf Potty System

Paper pads teach your dog that soft, flat things are the bathroom.

Then you buy a new rug.

The HomeTurf Pro Potty Pad gives that instinct real grass to land on — thatched, landscape-grade turf over a sealed waterproof base. Liquid drops through the blades, locks into the core, and stops dead before it reaches your floor.

No tray · Nothing to empty · Machine washable

The floor test

Poured on top. Bone dry underneath.

Every trayless mat makes the same promise. This one shows the receipt. Liquid clears the blade layer in seconds, saturates the capture core, and hits a base that simply refuses it. Lift the mat and the hardwood underneath is still dry to the hand.

No basin of standing urine. No plastic frame to carry through your kitchen at 6am.

The Tri-Lock Stack

Three bonded layers, one bound edge. Each has a single job, and none of them is "hold a puddle."

Instinct Face

Four-tone blades with a real thatch root layer — the detail cheap turf skips. Your dog's nose reads it as lawn, not fabric. Soft underfoot, non-toxic, nothing to shed.

02

Capture Core

A dense quilt-anchored absorbent core that pulls liquid off the surface fast and holds it flat. Paws step off dry within seconds. No pooling, no wicking to the edges.

03

Sealed Base

Diamond-quilted waterproof backing with molded dot-grip. Liquid stops. The mat stays put on hardwood, tile and vinyl. Serged binding holds the stack together through the wash.

Why this one

Four things the cheap ones can't copy.

Grass they actually believe

Thatched, multi-tone, landscape-grade pile. Dogs are hardwired to eliminate on grass — give them the real texture and the training argument is over in days, not weeks.

No tray. Nothing to empty.

Tray systems make you carry a basin of standing urine across your home. That basin is also where the smell lives. Delete the tray and you delete both problems at once.

A wash cycle, not a landfill

Serged binding and bonded layers survive the machine. Cold wash, hang dry, back on the floor. One mat quietly replaces a weekly stack of disposables.

It stays where you put it

Molded dot-grip on the underside. No skating across hardwood when an excited dog lands on it, no curled corners, no rucking up against the skirting board.

3am, 40th floor, raining

The lift is not a bathroom plan.

Apartment on a high floor. A puppy with a thimble-sized bladder. A senior dog who can't wait. A shift that runs long. The dog isn't failing — the logistics are.

Put HomeTurf Pro by the balcony door and the emergency stops being an emergency. Everyone sleeps.

Straight answers

The questions you were going to email us.

There's no tray. So where does the pee actually go?
Down through the blades, into the absorbent capture core, and no further. The quilted base is waterproof — it holds liquid inside the mat instead of releasing it onto your floor. Nothing to drain, nothing to collect, nothing to carry.
Will it smell?
Odour in this category comes from standing urine sitting in a plastic tray between cleans. There's no tray here and no reservoir. Rinse the surface after use, run a cold wash weekly, and it stays neutral. Skip washing for a fortnight and yes — like any textile, it will let you know.
Can it really go in the washing machine?
Yes. Cold cycle, mild detergent, no bleach or softener, hang or line dry. The serged binding on all four edges is what makes this survivable — laser-cut turf mats fray and shed in the drum. Keep it out of the tumble dryer; heat is the only thing that shortens its life.
Will my dog actually use fake grass?
Most dogs take to it within a few days because the thatched pile reads as lawn underfoot. Speed it up: place it where accidents already happen, take your dog to it after meals and naps, and reward on the spot. If they're paper-pad trained, lay the old pad on top for two or three days, then remove it.
Will it slide around on hardwood?
The underside is a molded dot-grip texture, not smooth plastic. On hardwood, tile, laminate and vinyl it stays planted, including when a dog lands on it at speed. On deep-pile carpet nothing grips well — use a hard surface for best results.
Is it big enough for my dog?
It's sized for small and medium dogs. For larger dogs who circle before they go, size up or run two side by side. Check the dimensions in the product details above before ordering — a mat your dog overhangs is the one complaint we can't engineer away.
Shipping and returns?
Orders are picked and dispatched within one business day, with tracking sent the moment it leaves. If it doesn't work for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — used and washed is fine, that's the only honest way to test a potty pad.
